Last Saturday before Christmas. The center of Copenhagen is filled to the limit with Christmas present shoppers. A nice break from the franticness: A latte with Hans Henrik Højberg Heming at Cafe Stelling.

Saturday brunch a Cafe Konjak to celebrate to 40 birthday of my colleague and close friend Jens Hjortskov. At the pictures: Bente (Jens’ wife), Jeanne and Jens.

Also there: Vilhelm with a new friend. It is incredibly nice to watch the innate and further developed social skills of my little 4 year old son Vilhelm. He arrives at a party with tons of people that he had never met before. Immediately he seeks out new friends. Even though rejected by some of the present kids he continues relentlessly until he finds a new friend. In the case another 4 year old kid with whom he is best pals at the time that we are leaving the party.

Cheap and simple pleasure: Riding the new Copenhagen Metro from start to end station and back again with an excited Vilhelm.
