Half-marathon completed
I am starting to get the habit of running longer distances. May 1 2005 I participated in the BT Halvmarathon. Not so successfully though. I got the cramps in both leg at about 17 KM and had to complete walking which meant that I finished 3586 out of 3620 runners in all classes of runners. Not very impressive.
This weekend I ran my second half-marathon as I participated in the 2005 Broloppet which takes the runners over the Oresund bridge and into Malmø city in Sweden. This time I was able to complete to entire run without any cramps, injuries or breaks and finished 2005 out of 2553 in my class of runners. So I am improving
