IP Colloquium
This - IP Colloquium - looks to be a podcast worthwhile subscribing to, even some of the episode may seem to be a little too much centered on Americal law to be interesting for me.

About 3 weeks ago I commented on the speech by Bill Gates of Microsoft at Davos this year. Gates spoke about how to alleviate poverty and solve the social problems of the world by creative capitalism as practised by corporations and their manager.
I was not impressed. It seems that the Judge Richard Posner is also a creative capitalism sceptic. Although of course a much more intelligent and well formulating sceptic.

This summer and fall I have two very interesting speaking opportunities coming up:
- 27-28 June 2006 OSBC Europe, London
- 18-21 September 2006 EuroOSCON 2006, Brussels.
I both cases the topic I will deal with is, not suprisingly, legal issues related to open source.
